Bikini Line Waxing
Services

IMPORTANT! Hair must be 1/4 inch long to be waxed. Please do not trim; that is part of a waxing service.

Waxing may NOT be done if you are or have recently taken any prescription skin care drugs, such as Accutane, Retin A, and Renova.

New Brazilian*
This waxing service removes everything everywhere for the first time or if your last appointment was longer than six weeks prior.
Booking time: 1 hour • Price: from $90

Brazilian – Upkeep*
Upkeeps should be no longer than six weeks between times.
Booking time: 45 min • Price: from $75

*Minimum age for Brazilian waxing is 18 years.

Information for New Clients or for Those who Wax Infrequently

Because of the difference in hair growth and texture, waxing time may vary from person to person. If you have not been waxed before or it has been several months, it may take a little more time than if you were waxed regularly. This may result in a slightly higher charge. Please know that hair must be at least one-quarter inch in length to be waxed.

If it has been some time since your last waxing or if you have not been waxed before, you may experience any of the following:

1. A rash or bumpiness may appear. In most cases, this should subside in two – five days. A topical ointment such as Aloe-Cort will aid with the irritation and healing. Ingrown hairs can be lessened with the use of Tend Skin when applied topically every day. Both of these products are available in our gift boutique.

2. Your skin may not feel totally smooth with the first waxing. Depending on your hair texture, you could feel the next set of growth coming in behind – hair grows in three cycles. This is normal! This will lessen after two to three waxings. Your hair will then begin to come in at the same rate softer, smoother and usually somewhat diminished.

Because of this, we ask that if you are planning a special event such as a wedding, vacation or special evening out, you schedule an appointment about a month prior. This will give your skin a chance to adjust to the new procedure. During your appointment, you and your aesthetician can decide on a waxing schedule that is appropriate for you.

Waxing regularly will give you the best results. Every three to five weeks is recommended.
