If you are considering sharing your love of spa with such a person, may we suggest that even if you are not getting a service that day, you accompany them into the lounge and library as they get ready for their service. Tell our staff if it is their first time receiving a spa service, and we will be sure they understand ahead of time what the service is all about so they can enjoy it to the fullest. Most worries center around the fear of not knowing what to do and the thought that they may be exposed to therapists or other spa goers. Help them understand that we ALWAYS professionally drape our clients during a service and the huge fluffy robes we have cover from head to toe as they relax in our lounge areas or travel from room to room. Another reassurance is that if they are feeling uncomfortable about anything, we encourage them to ask questions! We want nothing more than happy, relaxed clients and speaking up is welcomed. 

A visit to our spa is a perfect gift for someone who has given all their life and deserves to be taken care of and nurtured, so we go to extra length to make sure they enjoy their time here!
